Deposits/Confirmations - Non refundable deposits must be paid withing 24hrs of booking (this deposit goes towards your service) -Appointments must be confirmed no less than 24hr to your scheduled time no deposit = no appointment no confirmation= no appointment Late policy I have a 15 minute grace period depending on what service your scheduled for! Depending on how late you are you will be forfeiting some part of your appointment may it be the hot towel, style and or treatment. ** If you are too late that we have to reschedule you will be charged as a no show. If you are more than 5 min late to your bang trim, neck trim or consultation (all usually 15min) your appointment may be cancelled. No show Policy - If you no show your appointment 50% of the total will be charged to the card on file - 3 or more no shows will require a deposit of 50% of your total service and may result in forfeiting online booking privileges If you cancel or reschedule less than 24hrs in advance you will be charged 20% of your total service and you will lose your deposit. If you are late, need to reschedule or cancel please let me know as we may be able to work something out. Everything will be monitored case by case
